At the Beaver Barber, we pride ourselves on having the best atmosphere AND the best service. To ensure we keep that experience for everyone involved, we have a few policies in place to ensure an appointment flows as smooth as your wax.
Cancellation, Late, No Show Policy
Your appointment is reserved for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.
No-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit, being charged 50% of your service, and being banned from booking again.
Same day cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit.
If you are more than 7 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and will be asked once to reschedule.
After 3 day-of cancellations or late arrivals, you will be banned from booking again.
Your deposit will transfer to ONE rescheduled appointment. After one reschedule, you lose the deposit for that appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment outside of the time frame, please email appointments@thebeaverbarber.com. Rescheduling your appointment is your own responsibility. Please visit our website to rebook.
Peaceful Environment Policy
Posting or sharing any racially insensitive content on any platform will result in being blocked from booking.
Disrespecting any gender, identities, orientations, ethnicities, shapes, sizes, abilities, etc., will result in being blocked from booking.
Creating an uncomfortable environment for not only your waxer, but the surrounding businesses or their clients will result in being blocked from booking.
Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances is it acceptable to bring your partner to a body waxing appointment. They are more than welcome to wait in the lobby or in their vehicle.
Consent Policy
Consent is non-negotiable in our space. Therefore, all services must be booked by the client receiving the service.
